Being our first project in Spain, the work of local artisans was to be incorporated in the project, from locally manufactured tiles to the collages of artist Esther Soto. A connecting stair in the building presented itself as the perfect opportunity for the design feature of the project as a green tunnel of light perforating through the floor plates.
