The company FACTORY approached Bengio Studio for the design of the executive penthouse suite of the Group Rand fashion jewelry and accessories brand. The penthouse was to include an apartment for the company's president, executive conference rooms, a fully equipped professional kitchen and restaurant for employees offering panoramic views of Paris. The apartment was to have a mix between a Mad Men mid century aesthetic mixed with some industrial cues whilst the restaurant had to feel more classically industrial in nature
